Tetouan has a wonderful kasbah that climbs the hill overlooking the city. The streets meander their way up and are fun to wander through as you make you way to the top. It can be a tough climb, and it gets crowded during peak times, but at the end you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the city. The busiest time in the medina is in the evening, but it's also the best time to make the climb because you'll catch the sunset, which is a breathtaking site. If you plan to go too far, consider taking a flashlight. As you make your way down the hill you'll realize that the city comes alive at night. Everyone heads out to socialize and it's a time you shouldn't miss in Morocco.
