Hostel Arrabal is a favorite hostel in Buenos Aires. It's located in a refurbished three story home that gives you traditional character with modern conveniences and comforts. The hostel is centrally located in the historic area of Buenos Aires, Montserrat, and is also very close to three different tube lines and is easily accessible to the main tourist areas of San Telmo, Puerto Madero, La Boca.
Part of what makes Hostel Arrabal appealing is its friendly charm and countless amenities. If you're looking for a place to relax for a few days, there is no shortage of entertainment at this hostel. There is a pool table, cable television, a full kitchen and a bar. If you're venturing out, the staff can book you tickets or reservations for any number of shows or restaurants.
Part of the appeal of Oasis Hostel is its wonderful location. It is in the heart of the cultural center of Moscow and only a few minutes from most of the famous sights including Red Square, Kremlin, and Pushkin Square. Its closest metro station, Chehovskaya, is only three minutes away.
While the rooms themselves can be quite small, the hostel is a great environment and it is easy to meet fellow travelers. You also have access to a kitchen, but do note that breakfast is not included in the room price. The staff gets mixed reviews, but, if you're looking for a central location, this hostel can't be beat.
Amsterdam Park Holiday Rooms is located in the Vondel Park area, just a short walk from many popular sights including Leidse Square, the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, and Heineken museum. The facility has the price of a hostel with the feel of a hotel. It is clean and well maintained, with very large rooms, and a welcoming feel. The owner regularly gets positive reviews for his friendliness and willingness to help his guests. It's definitely one of the best deals in Amsterdam, and for obvious reasons, remains one of the most popular places to stay for all types of travelers.
Hola Cairo is situated in the heart of Cairo's downtown area. It's a budget hostel where you can expect to get a good value for your dollar. The hotel is kept clean and is a wonderful escape from the chaotic downtown area that is just outside the door. It's central location means that it is easily accessible to most of Cairo's main sights, and many restaurants and shops are just outside the door.
Most of the staff speak descent English and can be very helpful in organizing tours and answering questions. It is still best to shop around and negotiate a good price when booking a longer tour, but Hola Cairo is a good place to start.
