Keiraleagh House offers backpacker and student accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets, set within a lovely Heritage House in central Wollongong. The house is decorated in a bright eclectic style which is inspired by its naturally pleasant karma.
The house features a communal kitchen, barbeque area, television room and laundry facilities for guest use. It also provides easy access to a diverse range of restaurants, cafes, theatres, shops, and magnificent beaches. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach front where you can choose to swim at City Beach, with its long expanse of sand, Belmore Basin Boat harbour, North Beach, Public ocean Baths, rock pools or explore the two lighthouses and the rocky ledges around them.
The Wollongong nightlife has a relaxed and friendly vibe and is only a few minutes walk. There are many nightclubs and hotels to choose from within a few blocks radius of the hostel.

The Illawarra Region lies just an hour south of Sydney, and stretches from the Royal National Park to the Shoalhaven River, and encompasses the City of Wollongong.
