St. Philip is the largest parish in the island; is home of the legendary Sam Lords Castle and Crane Hotels, where many beautiful exotic white sand beaches can be found.
The residents of St. Philip are warm, friendly and courteous, like most Barbadians. Many picturesque landscapes abound in this eastern gently rolling parish that is cooled by charming Atlantic Ocean sea breezes.
The apartments are within comfortable walking distance of many beaches, five to ten minutes drive away from the airport, a busy shopping/business complex (Six Roads, where Banks, Pharmacies, Doctors Offices, Supermarkets, a Police Station, a Post Office, Video Store, Shops, Beauty Salon and Fast Food Restaurants and Churches can be found).
The Four Square Rum Factory and the Sunbury Plantation Great House are other historic sites in St. Philip. Our location is in easy access to any part of the island on the local bus service.
On arriving at the Grantley Adams Airport, exit and turn right and travel towards Crane Village. After passing Crane, turn right at the T junction half a mile away until you come to Bel Air four cross roads. Turn left at the four cross and then your first right into Union Development. Make a second left into Khus Khus Circle and we are the fourth house on the right, Lot 82.
