Our hostel is deisgned exclusively for long-term international students and interns (the average length of stay of our guests is 6 weeks). With huge common areas, fully stocked gourmet kitchens, free wireless Internet & public computers, Loftstel offers many free amenities for our guests.
PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
Short-term reservations are subject to the DC sales tax of 14.50% and are not included in the price quoted by Hostelbookers. Your payment through HostelBookers secures your reservation and is non-refundable. Please note that your remaining balance will be charged to your credit card prior to your check-in. The Loftstel is located 3 blocks from the Georgia-Ave Petworth metro station. The address is 4115 8th Street NW (between Taylor and Upshur), Washington DC 20011.
By subway, take the GREEN line metro to GEORGIA AVENUE / PETWORTH station in the direction of GREENBELT. Upon exiting the metro, walk straight ahead (in the same direction as traffic) on GEORGIA AVENUE. Turn RIGHT onto TAYLOR. Turn LEFT onto 8th STREET. The building is YELLOW, and the address is 4115 8th STREET NW. Please note that there is no sign on the outside of the building.
