There are metro and buses stops very close to the apartment; in the area there are a lot of shops, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacy, internet café and the largest open market in Rome where you can buy fresh food that you can cook in your kitchen.
We have 2 types of apartment:
- For 2-3 persons (1 room ensuite and a big fully equipped kitchen)
- For 4-5 persons (2 rooms ensuite and a fully equipped kitchen)
We will provide you during your stay with free linen, free towels, free maps and useful information when you'll arrive.
* Payment is upon arrival only in cash.
We don't accept credit cards.
This structure will only accept guests arriving before 19:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday check-ins are allowed only from 8:00 to 12:00
Your arrival must be within 1 hour of the time which you indicated when booking.
However from Monday to Saturday your arrival must anyway be before 19:00 and on Sunday before 14:00.
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation of a booking otherwise the first night will be charged.
We accept only cancellation made by email.
We require an e-mail stating if you prefer double beds or single beds and your confirmed exact arrival time because we don't have reception, if there is a delay call the phone number you'll receive on booking confirmation. We are not able to check in you if you fail to do it *
How to find us:
By Car:
Get on the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) and get off at the Via Aurelia exit. Once off. You will find yourself on Via B. Degli Ubaldi. Follow on towards via Emo. At the end of Via Emo, turn into Via Candia. Travel time: approximately 30 minutes.
By Train:
Take the Leonardo Express airport train to Termini Station. Once at Termini, take the underground Metro line A in the direction of Battistini and get off at the Vatican Museums stop. Once off the subway, get onto Via Fra Albenzio and walk on until you reach the Piazza of Saint Maria delle Grazie. From the Piazza, get on to Via Candia. You will find the Michelangelo's house: approximately 30 minutes.
Coming from Tiburtina Station: Take the underground Metro Line B in the direction of Rebibbia and get off at Termini Station. Once at Termini, take the underground Metro line A in the direction of Battistini and get off at the Vatican Museums stop. Once off the subway, get onto Via Fra Albenzio and walk on until you reach the Piazza of Saint Maria delle Grazie. From the Piazza, get on to Via Candia. Your second option is to take Bus 490. Travel time: approximately 30 minutes
Coming from the Highway:
Follow indications for G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) in the direction of Leonardo da Vinci airport and get off at the Via Aurelia exit. Once off. You will find yourself on Via B. Degli Ubaldi. Follow on towards via Emo. At the end of Via Emo, turn into Via Candia.
