This brand newly furnished apartment is situated around 15 minutes walking from the centre of Barcelona and three minutes to metro. It is also ideal for business clients as Plaza Espanya and the FIRA exhibition centre is located just 2 metro stops away or around 15 minutes walking.
The one-bedroom apartment has a double bed and two more people can easily be accommodated in the living on the sofa bed. The space won't be a problem even for four people as the apartments has 55 sq meters. As for its location, it is situated in an exclusive area at only 10 minutes walk from downtown or just two stops on the subway.
The apartment which has two bedrooms has one with a double bed and one with a single; in addition there is a double sofa in the front room. The apartment is very modern with a fully fitted kitchen and new bathroom with a shower.
These apartments with sleek clean lines, lots of light and a modern interior are all located in the same building. All have fully fitted kitchen, air-con and a shower and bath which is quiet an unusual feature for Barcelona!
For the discerning business traveler the apartments also have Internet and WIFI access and are well located for the FIRA in Placa Espana around 15 minutes walk or 2 stops on the metro, so is a perfect location for the many various conferences and expositions in Barcelona. For the tourists in the same area just behind Placa Espana you have the area of Monjuic which contains The Royal Palace, The Botanical Gardens, Miro Museum and some of the most spectacular views in Barcelona. 1. We meet all our guests at our Office at Ronda Universitat, number 20, 3rd floor, 3rd door. If the door downstairs is closed, ring bell 3o - 3a.
2. If you arrive between 9 and 20h Mon-Fr and 9 and 18h on weekends make your way to our office.
3. If you arrive outside office hours and on holidays please call 30 minutes before reaching our office at the following after hours number : +34 617 433 842. (If you land in GIRONA or REUS airport, please call us only once you have reached Barcelona.)
4. During your check in you will:
a) fill in our guest form,
b) facilitate the payment
c) provide us with your credit card details OR leave a cash deposit of 150 euro to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
d) receive your keys and a map with instructions on how to get to your apartment.
5. If you arrive before 13h and your apartment has not yet been prepared, you will be able to leave your luggage in the office and come back for it and for the keys later on.
DIRECTIONS:
Arriving from Barcelona airport: Taking a taxi from the airport will be the most convenient form of getting to our office. If you prefer public transport, you can take a bus (AEROBUS) at the airport exit, which will take you to Pl. de Catalunya in 30 minutes. You can also take a train to the centre (25 min). To reach the station from the airport you will have to walk along a tunnel above the street. Take the train L10 in the direction of Estació de Franca and to go until Passeig de Gracia. When you get out of the train station, you will find yourself on the street Passeig de Gracia. Walk then downhill towards Placa de Catalunya. Once you are at Pl. de Catalunya please use the above map to find the street Ronda Universitat, which is located off Pl. de Cataluyna. Follow this road for one minute on the left hand side until you get to building number 20.
Arriving from Girona airport: The bus will leave you at the (Bus Station) Estació del Nord in Barcelona (travel time: 1:15h approx.). Make your way to the metro at Arc de Triomf and go two stops on the red line to ‘Pl de Catalunya’. Get out at the Ronda Universitat exit and turn left into the street Ronda Universitat. Our office is just a few meters further up on the road at number 20, 3rd floor, 3rd door.
Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 euro/person
Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00 will be charged an extra 25 euro, past 1:00 - 40 Euro, after 3:00 - check-in only upon earlier arrangements.
