The Hotel Cryston is ideally located between Karlsplatz and SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE. It's very close to all of the important sights around Vienna and most of the city is accessible via public transportation. The closest metro station is U4 MARGARETENGÜRTEL which is just across from the hotel. It really couldn't be easier.
If you've come with a private car there are free parking facilities available to guests. There is also garage parking available for a small fee. Coaches can be parked about 150 meters from the hotel
The hotel has 45 different rooms, each with their own feel and design. There are rooms with private bathrooms attached and those with shared bathrooms. You'll also get SAT-TV, an in room safe, a telephone, hairdryer, and more. Guests are also provided with a breakfast buffet. It's served on the bottom floor.
The hotel is an excellent value for its cost. The rooms are nice and personal, but the budget is such that a backpacker or budget traveler can easily afford it. Given its excellent location this is a hard deal to turn down.
Located very near the city center, Hotel Cryston is easy to reach from all directions. The underground station of MARGARETENGÜRTEL is just across the street and it connects to the line U4. This line takes you straight into downtown.
If you're coming from Westbahnhof you can take tramway number 18. If you're driving there is free parking available nearby as well. Follow the motorway A1 and exit at Zentrum-Gürtel. Follow this until you reach the intersection with Schönbrunnerstraße/Gürtel. Turn left and you'll see a park to the right. Take another left and you'll be right in front of the hotel.
Once at the hotel you'll definitely not need access to a private car as public transportation is right across the street and all of the sights are easily visited on foot or by bus or metro.
