While Barcelona is famous for its bars, clubs and beautiful Mediterranean beaches, Sant Jordi Alberg is famous for showing you the best of Barcelona and giving you an experience you will never forget.
Because Barcelona is famous for its nightlife we regularly organize parties and nights out within our chain of hostels. We are known for our parties and this is the best way to experience the renowned night-life of Barcelona and get to know some of the other guests in the hostel. We are professionals and this is our job, so come along and enjoy the fun!
Our great location means you will be just an 8 minute walk from Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona’s central square, where you can find connection to all of Barcelona’s day and nighttime attractions and tourist locations.
If you need any information about the city, our young and friendly staff speaks English and Spanish and will provide you with maps and all the information you will need or want - sightseeing, transportation, restaurants, nightlife and more. As we are travelers like you, we know what you want out of a hostel and will do all we can to make you feel comfortable and make your stay in Barcelona unforgettable.

Our location is superb! Centrally located, on c/ Roger de Lluria just up from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, our hostel is just 10 minutes walking from Passeig de Gracia, La Casa Batllo, Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the famous barrio del Born and less than 15 minutes by metro from the beach. In our neighborhood, you will find some of the best markets, bars and restaurants in all of Barcelona. By staying with us in the real heart of Barcelona you can discover the human statues, live musicians and performers while walking down Las Ramblas, uncover the secrets of Barcelona’s ancient past while exploring the gothic neighborhood, go shopping on the most fashionable streets - Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia – and enjoy the magic of the Barcelona night life in Barcelona’s most famous local area, el Borne.

Check out time is 11:30 a.m.
If your departure from Barcelona is later in the day, you are more than welcome to use our common areas during that day. We also have luggage storage available free of charge.
***Cancellation Policy***
Cancellations are accepted by e-mail only and have to be received at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. There are no exceptions. All late cancellations will be automatically charged the price of the first night of the reservation to the credit card provided with the booking.

From Plaza Catalunya - Metro Line 1 (red) or Line 3 (green):
• When you exit the metro at the ‘Catalunya’ stop you need to find the Corte Ingles building (a very large department store, the size of the entire city block).
• Facing the Corte Ingles building, with your back to the street, go to your left. You will be going up the street Passeig de Gracia.
• Continue walking up on the right-hand side of Passeig de Gracia for 2 blocks until you come to Gran via de les Corts Catalanes. Go right on Gran via de les Corts Catalanes.
• Continue on Gran via de les Corts Catalanes for 2 blocks until you come to c/ Roger de Lluria and turn left.
• The hostel is 30 meters from the corner on the right side. In front of the door is a bus stop and across the street is a 'Sorli Discau' Supermarket.
From EL PRAT AIRPORT (BCN Airport):
• Take the Aerobus from the airport to Plaza Catalunya. When you get off the bus in Plaza Catalunya follow the directions given above for "From Plaza Catalunya".
From GIRONA AIRPORT:
• Take the Barcelona Bus from the airport to Barcelona Nord Bus Station.
• Find the metro stop in the small park just next to the bus station.
• Take the metro Line 1 (red) until the stop ‘Catalunya’ and follow the directions given above for “From Plaza Catalunya”.
From SANTS ESTACIO Train Station:
• Take the metro line 3 (Green) to the stop “Catalunya”. And follow the directions above for “From Plaza Catalunya”
