From the Casa Olmata terrace you can enjoy a 360 degree view of Rome, including the world renowned Coliseum and Campidoglio. Our rates include what you need to make your stay here more enjoyable: breakfast, use of complete kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove and microwave, linen, showers, use of rooftop terrace.

Our front desk opening time is: 8:00am to 14:00 and 16:00 to 24:00.
Please, note before you book: we only accept reservations that are able to arrive during our front desk hours between 8:00 and 14:00, and 16:00 to 24:00. We also have a minimum of a two day stay policy. We only accept cash upon arrival.

Casa Olmata is 5 minutes walking from the central Termini station, midway between Colosseum and Termini. How to reach Casa Olmata: - from Termini station:
Take the left exit (next to platform 22) and you will be in Via Giolitti (opposite the McDonald’s); cross the street, go on your left and take the first street on your right, Via Gioberti. Go straight on until the square of Santa Maria Maggiore Church. On the opposite side of this square, you will see via dell’Olmata, an uphill street with two big flags of a police station. Cross the square and go straight ahead into via dell'Olmata (there is a tourist information kiosk at the beginning of the street).We are at number 36, in a small and ancient building.
