The hotel has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We have Ensuite rooms as well as shared bathrooms. Italian breakfast is included.

Please note that for the period from the 29th December to the 2nd of January the cancellation policy is 7 days. 3 night’s minimum stay during this period.

2) If you do not give us 24 hours notice of your 'no show' by e-mail/fax we will unfortunately have to debit your card. The amount charged will be your first night's accommodation.
Phone cancellations are not accepted.
3) After your arrival we can not refund money. If you want to cancel any of the nights you booked you have to let us know at least 24 hours before you arrive.

Our hotel is located next to the main station of Rome where you will find 2 different subways and all the main bus connections to go around the city.
The walking distance to the Coliseum is 15 minutes. From there you can easily reach the other sights in the historic centre.
From Ciampino airport:
There are shuttle busses from the airport to Roma Termini which take you directly to the main train station. From the exit on Via Marsala cross the street and turn right.
Take the second street left onto Via Milazzo. Go to number 14 (with elevator until midnight). Check in is on the 1st floor
From Fiumicino airport:
Take the non-stop train to Roma Termini, the main station of Rome.
