Best positioned at the core of Barcelona’s old city two steps from the world famous LA RAMBLA, where the shadow of the cathedral almost touches the balconies of our hostel, with its hundreds years old buildings and charming stone pavements every little corner is a time slip to the history of Barcelona, and you can easily imagine you have time travelled to another age.
So central you can go in and out to drop-off bits and pieces you bought at H&M, ZARA, PULL & BEAR and a countless more fashion shops literally next door to us, or come in for a short nap after a rich meal in one of Europe’s best food markets (La Boqueria) food stools just 5 min walk from us.

Rembrandt Hostel is located in the famous Ramblas, a stone's throw from the Plaza de Catalunya and the Cathedral (Gothic Quarter). It is the ideal starting point for exploring the museums of Picasso and Miro, the Sagrada Familia and architectural forms of GAUDI. The Hostel is connected by subway (Liceu and Plaza de Catalunya) and numerous bus lines. The Quadrat d'Or along the Passeig de Gracia, a true open-air museum with many gems of modern architecture.
From Barcelona airport take the airport bus and get off the last stop - PLAZA CATALUNYA.
Once off the bus and on the same street go down and cross to the other side of the road and enter the pedestrian street called: Avenida del portal del angel.
Keep with that street until you get to a small PLAZA and keep with curve to the right, enter Calla PUERTAFERISSA. Few more metres to your right you will find us.
