We have made a cottage house with helping of our friends and even guests.
Big window, bunker bed and loft.
This time, we are trying to make wood deck in front of cottage for reading, drinking. Relaxing bath and toilet are very next to cottage house.
Different style I am sure that you love, please enjoy our cottage house!
Ishigaki Island is the main island of the Yaeyama Islands and the region's transportation hub. Ishigaki City, the Yaeyama's only and Japan's southernmost city, is the site of the region's major airport and boat terminal.
Ishigaki offers several nice beaches and fantastic snorkeling and diving in the surrounding coral reefs. Ishigaki's rivers, while not quite as wild as those of nearby Iriomote, also offer a jungle like scenery and are nice to explore by canoe. Various hiking opportunities exist in the island's hilly interior.
Kabira Bay
Emerald blue Kabira Bay (Kabirawan) is considered to offer Ishigaki Island's most scenic views. Swimming in the bay is not allowed, but glass bottom boats let you take a look at the bay's underwater world. Kabira Bay is one of only two cultivation sites of black pearls in Japan.
Our guesthouse is about 25 minutes from the city or the nearest airport by car.
From a bus terminal near the port, take a bus to go to "Kabira" direction.
If you take a bus, it will take you for 40 minutes to get in front of "Syoubousyo" which means fire station in Japanese.
If you rent a car, cheap place starts from 3000yen for 24 hours. Bike is about 1500yen! per day
