The white ferry hostel and pub is a Victorian gem offering backpackers a rare chance to stay in a traditional London pub with all the trimmings!

Our hostel rooms are suitable for both individuals and group accommodation with a range of private twin rooms and shared dormitories. All rooms are comfortable, clean and secure with great facilities including a free continental breakfast daily.

The downstairs pub and lounge at the white ferry house offers two bars, a pool table, jukebox and free wi-fi internet access for all visitors. Regular pub events including karaoke, live music and daily happy hours offer hostel guests and locals a chance to meet and swap stories, over a few drinks!

The white ferry house is an oasis of calm in central London, the River Thames winds past the bottom of the road! Within walking distance of Westminister, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. Battersea, Chelsea, Harrods and Knightsbridge are all near by.

We are located approximately an 8 minute walk from London Victoria Train Station and 5 minutes from London Victoria Coach Station. On arrival at the train station follow the signs to London Victoria Coach Station. From the coach station turn right onto Buckingham Palace road. (If coming from the train station, continue along Buckingham Palace Road, you will pass the coach station on your right hand side). Continue to the set of traffic lights and turn left onto Ebury Bridge. Walk over Ebury Bridge and continue straight through the small round about. The White Ferry House is located on the right hand side.

National Express Coaches – This is the cheapest option and takes the longest time, costs £7.50 broadly hourly takes 90 minutes into London Victoria Coach Station.
