SUPER BALMES I & II (10 and 12 bed private apartments)
Modern 5-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Barcelona. This is 120 m2 (1200 sq. Ft.) apartment is great for groups of 10 people. The apartment has a great central location and has all the basic furnishing to have a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
All the bedrooms are located on the exterior side of the building and have balconies and glass window doors. This gives fresh air and natural light to all the rooms. Each room also has 2 single beds, clothes closets, fans, electric radiator heaters, bedside tables, night-lights, bed linens and towels. 3 of these bedrooms have small table and 2 chairs. The living area is the center of the apartment and has 2 sofas and 2 chairs. One of the sofas converts into a double bed for 2 people giving the apartment a maximum occupancy of 12 people. (If you wish to use the sofa bed for additional guest please contact us after booking) The kitchen is very large and fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen table is set for 6 people, but combining the 3 room tables and 6 room chairs the kitchen area will comfortably accommodate 12 people for a united dining experience. The bathroom area was designed especially for groups. Each shower, toilet and sink are in separate rooms. There are 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks giving the possibility for 6 people to use the bathroom at the same time. This shortens preparation time and gives your group more leisure time. The apartment is also with WI FI internet connection.
LOCATION:
The location of the apartment is simply perfect as is sets in the heart of Barcelona’s center. Plaza Catalunya is the center square of the city and La Rambla, Spain’s most famous street are just 5 minutes walk from the front door. All main transportations for Barcelona are accessed from Plaza Catalunya. This means 5 minutes from the apartment you have complete access to; metro, bus, train, airport bus, taxi, touristic bus, bike rental, Moto rental, car rentals and taxi. Not only is the apartment easily accessed it sets in the middle of the city’s main tourist and shopping area. This gives your group the opportunity to leave the apartment on foot and walk to nearly all the main attractions, shops, museums and restaurants.
If your group desires to share its vacation time together in the same apartment and want the convenience of being in the center of the city then this modern 5-bedroom apartment will be an excellent choice.

Take the (Green) L3 metro to the station Catalunya. Walk to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat.
FROM 'ESTACIO DEL NORD' BUS STATION:
Take a taxi to the corner of BALMES and RONDA UNIVERSITAT or take the metro to the UNIVERSITAT stop.
