Bahous Dalyan will surpass all of your expectations. It's a very clean and impressively designed hotel that offers touches of traditional Turkish style. It has marble floors with wooden ceilings, and all of the amenities that will make for a comfortable stay. Whatever your travel style, you will find what you need at the Bahous Dalyan. If you're simply hoping to relax, you can just lounge by the pool. For the more adventurous we can organize excursions for trekking, mountain biking, white water rafting, or snorkeling. If you're hoping to see the area's sights, we can arrange a trip to Pamukkale or Ephesus.
The hotels amenities include:
Swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzis ( closed for use from 1 st Novemner to 25th April).
A fully-equipped gym area where you can exercise in the fresh air.
A beautiful outdoor bar and with fun music.
Free wi-fi access throughout the hostel and garden areas as well as several computers which guests can also use for free.
A large games area which includes two billiard tables, table tennis, fuss ball and playing area for football, volley ball and tennis.
An indoor fireplace with traditional Ottoman seating area where guests can relax with a book from our free exchange library.
An organic farm from which our chef specializes in making meals using seasonal, healthy organic food. Complimentary breakfast is available to all guests.
Our hostel is about a fifteen minute walk outside of town. It's a quick two minute taxi ride. If you're looking to stay in town, this is not the hostel for you. We are surrounded by nature, fruit trees, and garden, making our facility an oasis of calm. We are seven kilometers from Iztuzu beach which can be reached by a ten minute bus ride that leaves every half hour.
If you're arriving by plane:
The nearest International Airport is Dalaman. It is almost 20 minutes away by car. We offer airport pick up and drop off for 30 euros (not per person) for a maximum 8 people.
Please send us your airline, flight number, arrival time and date 24 hours in advance if you wish to use this service.
A taxi from the airport costs 75 TL.
If you're arriving by bus:
You will first need to go to Ortaca, which is a small town between Dalyan and Dalaman.
Coaches usually travel overnight from Istanbul. They trip takes about eleven hours to Ortaca. From there you can catch a minibus, or dolmus, which is cheap and willl take you to Dalyan in ten or fifteen minutes. Ask the driving to drop you in front of the Bahous Hostel. If he doesn't, you'll need to catch another dolums to Iztuzu Beach. This is about a two minute ride.
For ten euros we can provide a pick up service from Dalyan. Please let us know the bus company and your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
If you're arriving by private car:
Dalyan is easy to reach by car. We provide a safe, gated free parking area by the hostel. Approximate travel time by car from Fethiye- 30 minutes; Marmaris- 60 minutes; Efes- 3 hours; Bodrum- 3 hours; Pamukkale- 2 hours; Olimpos-3.5 hours.
