The major part of our clientele is made by students and young tourists from all over the world.
We are located in the centre of Nice, 100 meters away from Massena Square, 100 meters away from the old town and the famous Promenade des Inglais and his beaches; 10 minutes by walk from the SNCF train station and 30 minutes by bus from the international airport of Nice.
Our studios are comfortable; all including bathroom, shower and a small kitchen; linen, towel and tax is included in the price as well as a free Nice map.
We don't offer you breakfast but we are in a very central position where you have a big choice of cafes and restaurants; pubs and night clubs are 5 minutes away from the old town.
There’s no curfew, you have the key of the room and you can go in and out any time you like.
Check in must be between 14:00 to 19:00. For different time you a have to call or e-mail us for an appointment.
Check-out is before 10.30

From Gare Thiers-Train Station
Turn left from the station and walk up the street Jean Medecin and take the tram in the direction Pont Michel and get off at Place Massena, or you can walk - about 10-15 min. starting from the stop Place Massena walk along the gallery, turn left into Rue Gioffredo, Take the second right, we are located at 6 Dr. Jacques Guidoni (renamed now as Gioffredo Passage). it is a small street and you must ring the buzzer labelled Victoria Mueble.
From the Bus Station.
By tram: Take tram at the stop-Cathedral Old Town towards Las Planas to stop Place Massena, starting from the Place Massena stop walk along the Gallerie Lafayette and turn into Rue Gioffredo, Take the second right, we are located at 6 Dr. Jacques Guidoni (renamed now as Gioffredo Passage). It is a small street and you must ring the buzzer labelled Victoria Mueble.
