Our complex consists of 8 traditional caves and numerous sea view terraces with a big pool area and gardens. Yoga classes or our tennis court will keep you in shape even on your holiday! Breakfast and wireless internet everywhere is included.



Santorini is quiet during the winter time, but you will still find plenty of activities here. Winter is ideal for hikes, visits to local villages or a volcano cruise. Just ask our staff for recommendations. The ideal visiting duration is 3 days. We keep our doubles and few dorm rooms available during this time. All the caves have heating.

We are located in Karterados, the first village you will pass when heading south from Fira town, the capital of the Santorini island. It is just 20 minutes walk from our hostel. You can do it also easily in 3 minutes on a motorbike or with a car. We are 10 minutes drive from the airport and about 15-20 minutes drive from port. We can organize for you a transfer, it costs 6 euro/ 1 way.

From Fira: We are located in Karterados, the first village you will pass when heading south from Fira town, the capital of the Santorini island. Coming from Fira town, after about 15 minutes of walk you will get to the fork at Multimedia market/ Zotos bakery. There you take the downhill road on your left and continue all the way down for about 5-7 minutes. You will pass a police station, a windmill, 2 mini markets. Still continue all the way downhill until you see 2 tennis courts, Caveland sign and vineyards!



Note: some local buses from port or airport stop at Zotos bakery in Karterados as well!
