The Urban Age,’ is located on Silom Soi 8 which is surrounded by trendy restaurants, shops, international banks, public transportation and nightlife. Soi means small street in Thai and we are just opposite the Bangkok Bank headquarter. You can simply spot a 24-hour convenient store 7-11. Walk into Soi 8 for 1 min, you will reach our hostel. In case your computer can read Thai, please print this out so that you can show it to the driver.

From any station or public transport, look for Silom Soi 8, which is just opposite of Bangkok Bank Headquarters and next to Bangkok Christian Hospital.

- Other shopping sites: MBK, Siam Paragon, Central World, Pratunam are reachable by 5 mins on sky train
From the airport:
From Suvarnabhumi Airport. There are three options.
1. The cheapest and quickest way to get to Silom Soi 8 is by taking the Airport Rail Link train + skytrain. Operating time 0600 AM-2400 (midnight). From the airport, look for the sign 'Train to city line' (take the 'blue' colour train). Then get off at Phyathai station (duration 40 mins, cost THB 15/person/way). Next, walk to Phyathai Skytrain station--different train (walk around 2 mins) and get on the skytrain from Phyathai in order to get off at Saladaeng station (duration 10 mins, cost THB 25/person/way) Once you get off the Skytrain, look for exit number 1. This exit will lead you to Silom road. Walk further pass Bangkok Christian Hospital and further on to Silom Soi 8. (Walking distance 5 mins) When you arrive Silom Soi 8, walk into the Soi (small alley) for 20 meters or 30 seconds and turn right, we are just right there. Our hostel site is in 'green' colour.
2. Taxi service 24 hours from the airport. Taxis are available on the second floor of the terminal as you exit the airport. Please ask the driver to turn ON the meter. The cost should be around THB 250-300, and there is an express way fee of approximately THB 70 and a taxi registration fee of THB 50. If you are late arriving, the taxi driver may refuse to turn on the meter and ask for THB 400-500. An airport limousine is likely to cost around THB 800-900. Ask the driver to drop you off in front of Silom Soi 8. Then, walk into Soi 8 for 20 meters or 30 seconds and turn right and we are just right there. Our hostel site is in 'green' colour.
