How to budget your trip

1. Sign Up if you haven't already.
2. Start a new trip and enter the trip's details.
   

Plan Your Trip

1. Estimate your trip costs in the Plan Your Trip section.
2. Click on the Plan Your Trip tab.

3. Fill in all requested fields. Enter the name of the city and select the most appropriate location from the dropdown list. Use the arrows to switch between local and home currencies. Click the add button to submit.

Track Your Trip

1. Monitor your actual expenses in the Track Your Trip section.
2. Click on the Track Your Trip tab.

3. Fill in all requested fields. Enter the name of the city and select the most appropriate location from the dropdown list. Use the arrows to switch between local and home currencies. Click the add button to submit.

4. Remember, by clicking the Bulk Upload Form link at the top, you can enter multiple activities at the same time.


5. View Charts and Tables: click the tabs at the top of your trip to view charts, tables, and more.
   

How to plan expenses for future trips

1. Visit Estimate Costs.
2. Search for the place you want to visit, either by city or country. Or browse the list of available cities and countries.
   
3. Once you've found the list of daily costs for your desired location, you will be able to see the costs by category.
4. Change the currency at the top to your own country's currency to convert the costs to those of your own country.
