It\u2019s a small country, accounting for only .03% of the world\u2019s landmass<\/a>. But, living within its borders is almost 6% of the world\u2019s biodiversity.<\/p>\n That means that if biodiversity were directly proportional to landmass, Costa Rica has almost 200 times its share!<\/p>\n If your dream vacation involves seeing exotic animals, butterflies, birds, and big cats, you should consider a visit to Costa Rica.<\/p>\n Another great reason to take a dream vacation to Costa Rica is the ease of travel. It\u2019s easy to get to from the US\u2013many cities offer direct service so it\u2019s an easy flight. It\u2019s also fairly inexpensive, especially from southern and eastern US cities.<\/p>\n2. Getting around Costa Rica is also pretty easy. The tourism industry is well-developed and there are plenty of options for travelers. You can take small planes to many popular areas. If you prefer land travel there are plenty of shuttle services, buses, private transports, and taxis to be found.<\/p>\n
