If you want to be near everything, but also want a quiet setting where you can retreat after a busy day exploring the city, then Le Tour Traveler's Rest Youth Hostel is a good option. The building dates back to the 1930s and it was once a towel factory. It has since been renovated into a hostel, but they maintained much of the original materials and character.

This hostel has double and twin private rooms available as well as apartments for those who want a little more personal space. There are also shared dorms that sleep up to six people and are split by gender.
