This is one of the most popular hostels in Munich. It's conveniently located very close to the main train station and is about a five minute walk from the city's old town. It's also a short walk from the Oktoberfest grounds and is close to most types of public transportation. The hostel is air conditioned and has a glass roofed courtyard that is quite pleasant. There's also parking available nearby.
The hostel also includes all of the standard amenities including an all you can eat breakfast buffet, internet access, laundry facilities, and a popular on-site bar where you can enjoy cheap drinks and good company.
The staff at the hostel is young and fun as well. They're travelers themselves so they enjoy chatting with other backpackers. They keep the hostel social and it's really easy to meet other travelers here. Whether you're traveling alone or as part of a group, it won't be long before you make some new friends.
Both private rooms and dorms are available. Private rooms are either twins or doubles and dorms sleep six, eight, or ten people. Female only and co-ed dorms are both available.
