It runs from the Plaça de Catalunya southeast to the port, and borders the Gothic Quarter and El Raval. It's a popular place for visitors and locals to stroll along to see the crowds, the shops, the restaurants, and other sights along the way. You'll find the Boqueria Market here as well as Placa Reial and a handful of museums and historic buildings. Watch out for pickpockets and rowdy party-goers at night.
