Stirling Youth Hostel is just a few minutes' walk from historic Stirling Castle on its crag, with magnificent views over the surrounding area. Head downhill and you're right in the city center with its shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and nightlife. Behind the classical frontage of historic Erskine Marykirk lies the modern building of Stirling Youth Hostel, set in its own grounds and with extensive views over the town and surrounding countryside. It's a great base from which to explore the many attractions in and around the area. The Wallace Monument and Bannockburn Visitor Centre are nearby. Blair Drummond Safari Park is easily accessible by car for a fun family day out. The Victorian spa town of Bridge of Allan, Dollar Glen, Tillicoultry, and Castle Campbell are among the other great places to visit while you're in the area. The hostel has a friendly and international atmosphere and offers a range of multi-share and private rooms, all en-suite.
