We've come back several times since then to experience it even more. Grand Teton National Park is a large and stunning park in the state of Wyoming. It's includes the Teton mountain range and is a beautiful place to experience. The peaks are dramatic and there's wildlife that is diverse and unique.

Reasons to Visit Grand Teton National Park

Hiking
Grand Teton National Park has more than 250 miles of trails that make their way through the mountains and around the rugged landscapes. There are hikes that range from short strolls to backcountry, mult-day trails and it's not uncommon to see wildlife.

Resorts
There are several impressive lodges within the park, as well as cabins and more rustic hotels.




Things to Consider Before Visiting Grand Teton National Park

Museums: Grand Teton National Park isn't a place that's filled with a huge number of sights and attractions. The Visitor Centers have exhibits and other informational sessions.

Food: Grand Teton National Park doesn't top the list for most foodies. There are a number of restaurants and cafes around the park where you can enjoy a meal, often with a view.

Nightlife: Most people don't associate Grand Teton National Park with a lively nightlife scene. There's a lounge at Jackson Lake Lodge, but most visitors enjoy a relaxing night in.

Shopping: Grand Teton National Park isn't exactly a shopper's destination. There are park stores where you can pick up souvenirs or gifts.

Getting Around
The area is not very walkable, and public transit is not great here, so it might be difficult to get around without arranging your own transportation.
