The park is filled with world-famous hiking trails as well as wildlife and beautiful landscapes. We first visited in 2006 and have returned several times. During our time here, we fell in love with its challenging hikes and breathtaking beauty.

This park is known for its iconic hikes, which include Angels Landing, the Narrows, and the Emerald Pools Trail. There are hikes that range from easy to incredibly difficult, and many visits see this destination as a bucket list hiking opportunity.
Things to Consider Before Visiting Zion National Park
Nightlife
Most people don't associate Zion National Park with a lively nightlife scene. Stargazing and relaxing by a campfire is how most visitors enjoy the evening hours.
Shopping
Zion National Park isn't exactly a shopper's destination. There are park stores, but few other shopping opportunities in the area.
Museums: Zion National Park isn't a place that's filled with a huge number of sights and attractions. The best museum in the area is the Zion Human History Museum.
Food: Zion National Park doesn't top the list for most foodies. Within the park there are a couple of restaurants, but it's far better to bring your own food that you can enjoy as a picnic or meal by a campfire.
Lots of Tourists
Zion National Park sees a high number of visitors every year, which means you might have to wait in line and deal with large crowds during your visit.
Getting Around
The area is not very walkable, and public transit is not great here, so it might be difficult to get around without arranging your own transportation.
