Quebec City is the capital of the province of Quebec in Canada. It's uniquely located on the cliffs overlooking the St. Lawrence Seaway and it's impressive Old Town is an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Old Town is famous for having its original city walls.

HI Quebec Auberge Internationale de Quebec is a four star hostel that is located right in the heart of Old Quebec City. It's inside the walls of the Old City and is walking distance to Chateau Frontenac as well as many museums, shopping areas, and nightlife.

This is the largest hostel in Canada with 266 beds. There are both private rooms and dorms available so whatever your travel style or budget, there is likely something to meet your needs. The hostel is in a historic building and every room has its own style, design, and character. Each room has high ceilings and comfortable beds. Private rooms include twins or doubles and dorms sleep either four or eight people. Co-ed, male only, and female only rooms are available.

The hostel also has an on-site cafe and bistro where you can grab a bite to eat. If you want to cook your own meals, there's a full kitchen available and a continental breakfast is served every morning (for an additional fee). There is wi-fi throughout the building and there is a nice terrace where you can even pick some fresh herbs for your home cooked meal.

It's about two kilometers outside of the city and is a fun, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. The hostel has a lot of common space where guests can hang out including a large living room and dining room. There's also a nice patio if you want to spend some time outside. Whether you're traveling with friends or alone, this is a good option.

Other amenities available at the hostel include a shared kitchen, free wi-fi, free parking, a fire pit, and an affordable breakfast that you can purchase.

The hostel has a wide variety of rooms to choose from. There are a diversity of private rooms and some have bunk beds, some singles, and some doubles. There are options available for couples traveling together or groups of friends.

Auberge de La Paix Quebec is located right in the middle of Old Quebec and is near everything you might want to see or do. It's the oldest youth hostel in the city and dates back to 1972. It's a popular option for backpackers and budget travelers because of its great location and affordability. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are fun and respectful. The hostel has dorms that sleep up to six people and the furnishings are basic. The rooms are not air conditioned so it can get a bit hot during the summer months, but this is usually not a problem throughout the year. The hostel also has a nice courtyard where guests can hang out.

If you're looking for affordability and a good value, then this hostel is a good option. It's location can't be beat and you won't be disappointed with its proximity to all of the major tourist attractions.
