Lovely hostel, I extended my stay here. Very clean and a relaxed environment, a home away from home. The location is great, a variety of many shops as you walk out the hostel, easy to buy clothes or groceries no need to catch a train for this. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Hostelle - Women Only Hostel

Hostelle Hostel is the first and only female only hostel in Amsterdam. It offers a truly unique setting for female travelers who want to enjoy a peaceful space where they can feel safe and comfortable. The hostel is clean and the staff pay attention to the details. Hairdryers and irons are available to help you get ready for your night out.

The hostel is located a bit outside of the main tourist area. It's about a 15 minute train ride into the city center, but most guests don't mind. The security and comfort of the hostel makes up for it.

Like the rest of the hostel there is a lot of focus on cleanliness and comfort in the bathrooms. Guests can use hairdryers when getting ready. The showers are clean and offer plenty of hot water.

This hostel has a large and welcoming common area with sofas, tables, and chairs. There's a shared kitchen where you can prepare meals with other guests. Then there are plenty of tables where you can enjoy the food. Like the rest of the hostel, the common space is nicely decorated in a homey and fun way.

This hostel is located a bit outside of the city center, but it's easy to reach the city's main tourist area in about a 15 minute train ride. The hostel is actually located in an outdoor shopping mall complex, so there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There are also two grocery stores that you can walk to which is convenient if you want to cook some meals in the kitchen.
Nearby Transportation
This hostel is well connected to public transportation, that you can use to get into the city center. Amsterdam Bijlmer Station is nearby as is Metro Strandvliet. You're about 10 metro stops from the city center and the trip takes about 15 minutes.

Heads Up
