Adam&Eva Hostel

With a nice location near old town and new town, plus a long list of great amenities, this hostel is a good base if you're looking to explore Prague. It's a quiet hostel with a nice social atmosphere where everyone chats. They have a communal kitchen for cooking, some good dorms and private rooms, and the owners are extremely friendly. You'll feel right at home here.

The Facilities

Dorms
Dorms are brightly colored and have conveniences such as furniture, lights and plugs for every bed, and plenty of space. Dorms range in size from 4 to 8 beds. Female-only rooms are available. All rooms use the modern shared bathrooms in the hallway. The rooms also have lockers to store your belongings, which is a nice feature.
Private Rooms
Private rooms at the Adam&Eva hostel have a very comfortable feel. Much like a budget-style European hotel, these rooms are simple but elegant and use the shared hallway bathrooms. The twins and doubles have lots of space for your belongings and plenty of natural light, too. Young couples on a budget will feel right at home here.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are modern, colorful, and very clean. The staff works hard to make sure they are more than just acceptable for use by the guests. With modern fixtures and plenty of hot water, you'll be very comfortable here. Free hair dryers are available at the desk.
Common Areas
The main common area is a good place to relax. With comfortable sofas and a TV, this is a nice spot to chat with other guests or hop on the Wi-Fi to catch up online.

The shared kitchen is another good spot to hang out if you want to sit down and have a meal. The grocery store is not far away and you can cook some meals to save some money here.

The Location

New Town
What's Nearby?
Located on the west side of the river, just over the bridge from new town and old town, this hostel is in a good location to get to all of central Prague without having the crowds and noise of the center of town. Plenty of restaurants and bars are nearby for those that want to go out and experience the nightlife. Also nearby is a grocery store, shops, cafes, and more. Various parks are also on this side of the river and are a good spot to enjoy the warmer months.
Nearby Transportation
The tram is only 1 block from the hostel, and you can use it to get into old town Prague very quickly. Or, use it to head up to the castle area or any other neighborhood around Prague. Several bus lines also run nearby.

Staff

Run by two former travelers, this hostel is well organized, very clean, and feels like home. They get great reviews from guests for a good reason - it's a great hostel!

Heads Up

The most common complaint here is that some guests feel it is too quiet, but many guests like the quiet nature of this hostel. It's definitely not a party hostel, and this appeals to many of their guests.
